Whu should El Chapo Guzman be extradicted t the USA. He is a Mexican, committed crimes in Mexico and escape from a Mwxican jail. He should serve his sentence in Mexico first before any American sentence.

Why would Mexico extradite? Because El Chapo's lackeys committed crimes on his behalf on American soil. That's why.

And are you really naive enough to believe he won't be able to escape (ie buy his way out) of a Mexican jail? Mexico officials are about as crooked as they come so I really don't think he'd be spending all that much time in prison down there.

Stone the atitude that the USA should put Mexican criminals in Jail in the USA because they might escape if jailed in Mexico illustrates great arrongance. People do escape from American jails. I have not study Mexico in any detail but know that the most corrupt country is the Phillipines uner American tuluge . The Phillipines needs a revolution but it can not have one while the USA dictate its policies.

Aus, you're being dumb.

The guys organization that he lead has committed crimes in the United States. Crimes that he is responsible for. Therefore, it is perfectly acceptable to request extradition to the US.

Do people escape from American jails? Sure. But it is exceptionally rare.

Do people have the ability to buy their way out of maximum security, federal prisons in the US? Absolutely not. Unlike Mexico, cartel leaders do not have that ability.

I know you tend to blame the US for all the worlds woes, but really, how are do you come to the conclusion that corruption in the Philippines is due to American "tutelage"?

Stone Apparently because "This guys organization has committed crimes in the United States he shoud be extradicted to the USA. What about all the crimes he committed in Mexico. Should he not be jile for these crimes first.

The USA has had  much corruption in the past. Al Capone, Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack and Nixion to name a few. People have bought their way out of prisons. All off these did not even serve any time they should had. Nixion was pardon witout any jail time. If you are white and rich you are very unlikly to spend much time in American jails. Why aare blacke the majoity of prisoners. Are they the majorty of ciminals?

I do not blame the USA for all the worlds woes. But in countries where they had the power they do contibuted to problems. Recently the Pilippines government allow a USA to have armed forces in the Philippines. The bill did not pass the Senate.

At present the Philippines is preparing for its presidential elections. One candidate has called for a revolution. This incudes a campaign against crime and drug lords, a reduction in the price of food, creating jobs , education reforms. These mild socialist reform will be opposed by Americans. A real revolution involving land reform will be block by the Americans. The corrupt    business groups will try to kill any leaders of reform or revolution.

This is why the Philippines unlike other SE Asian countries have never had a revolution.

Stone , Aparently because the guy's organization has commited crimes in the Uited States he should be extradicted to the USa before he serves any time in Mexican jails for the crimes he commited in Mexico.

There has been coruption in the USA, Sinatra and Nixion served no time in American jails for their crimes. It is mainly Blacks who serve time in American jails. Are they really the majority of criminals?. People do have the ability to buy their way out of prisons in the US.

The USA controls the Philippines so much that the Philippines government allow the American army to occupy bases. This was done without Philippines  Senate approval.

The Philippines President elections campaign  has stated, > One candidate want revolution but he has little money and will be block by business interests who have threaten to kill him, He unlike the other candidates will not buy votes. His mild socialist reforms like less crime and drug , reduce the price of food, creating more jobs an education reforms will be opposed by American interest, Philippines needs   a real revolution involving land reform but American will block it.
