First, I would like to apologize for my rudeness.
As some of you may recall, Ms. Laufenberg and I had some business disagreements a few years back, and the wounds have not yet healed, but I was wrong to express myself the way I did.
Ms. Moonfinger, thank you for your comments, I'm pleased my films have affected you in the way they do. I feel it is my job as an artist to produce and direct films which stir people's emotions as well as entertain.
Are you any relation to Wallace Mondfinger of Laramie, Wyoming? His name is the German version of Moonfinger.
Mr. Hackworth, I'm sorry to say I don't remember you. All of the animals used in The Passion of the Christ, along with their wranglers, were legitimately obtained through an animal talent agency, International Animal LLC. This is the same agency which supplied the horses for "Braveheart". There were PETA and ASPCA representatives on the set at all times animals were used, and no animal was treated cruelly. For further information you may contact my business office.
Cordially,
Mel

I have received my encoded pass, map, instructions, coupons, plastic drink bracelet, and series of date-expiring passwords from the courier.
I.... I'm leaving now. It couldn't be a more cloudless, bright, sun-shiney kind of day.... and I hate that, because I always prefer to travel under cover of darkness. But I need to make contact with Hyman Hayden and discuss.... certain things with him, and I've been offered certain guarantees that he will be present at these "festivities".
I will be observant and take every opportunity to surveille the premises and report back to PAPP. I will get to the bottom of this "Enlightened Assumption", or no-one will.
I Trust No-one!
