I don't know aboutn everyone else, but we watch a lot of movies at my house. We support our local video rental place, not the box things that have popped up everywhere (personal preference, nothing more). We rarely make it to the theater, way to spendy on a tight budget, so we wait until it comes out on dvd. This seems to take a lot less time anymore than it used to. Anyway, last night we watched "Paranormal Activity 3" mostly because we had seen the other 2 and once you start on a series.... Well, it was neh (didn't expect much else), the first one was the best and none were very good. We also watched "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark" lol!! If you like movies like Gremlins & Critters, you'll probably like this one too. A very dark version of a Tooth Faery story, with a touch of The Borrowers (extremely dark version), mixed with Gremlins fed after midnight, and of course Critters. So, what have you seen lately?

Underworld: Awakening



I had to check a few times to make sure I wasn't watching the new Resident Evil, which I intend to see.

I have seen "The Help", and a few older films at the Art Museum. (typically ones which were banned) you can see some writeups of them on moviediva.com. (local lady who does a magnificent dialogue before the show)

I also recently saw "The King's Speech". Next month we are heading to see "Hunger Games" after we finish reading the books in the series. We also read "The Help" before seeing the movie. We read The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo and watched the Swedish version, not the new american release.

We've taken to going to an eat in theater where they serve dinner and drinks. Totally spoiled now.
