Glad you are here, James. Our loved ones do live on through us, as I can see some of your father reflected in you already. You're going to be fine and to do well with your words for Bill, you just need to be kind and gentle with yourself, and take your time.

I took Jokul on as a newbie at foolmoon and spent time convincing him to join the webs greatest people on foolmoon and become a staffer. I really liked Joe-kool, I recall sending him 2 cases of Bud beer. Since it is illegal to ship alcohol, we made a plan with a set date and time where I wired the money to the exact location at the time he was at the store to pickup the beers, (in his wheel chair)lol... He said he was going to roll down the street with 2 cases a happy man!
I bought his book "rides" which he autographed for me, good book I should add. Ray, Blizzy, Stone, Jokul, Poett, Bear, Lisa, Deifan, and a few I am missing at the moment are Family to me. The news of this loss made me very sad, a grown man can cry. I can only hope that someday, Foolmoon will offer live chat again so many of us can stay directly connected as times like this show the benefits of direct chat rooms amongst friends.

It saddens me to hear that Joe is gone. He was one of the very first people I came in contact with when I joined FoolMoon, making me feel welcome.

I've always enjoyed his quick wit and humor, and I admired him greatly for facing life as he always did.

Hey y'all.. I got an email from Ruth about Joe's passing--he was a sweet, kind, good-natured man, funny as HELL, and I actually had the chance to talk to him on the phone once--surprisingly quiet for someone so big on the inside.
