The only movie in which suspicions of sexual activity might be proven is Disney's "Mickey's Orgy" released in 1947, but quickly pulled from theaters at the request of local Knights of Columbus groups.
In his criticism, Roger Ebert says "Disney wanted to experiment with sexual themes for children, and realized that cute animals could get away with things more than if he filmed people."
It's not known if any prints of "Mickey's Orgy" exist any longer, but if anyone has a friend who works for Disney, have them ask around.
