As of 2006, the worlds largest oil producer was Saudi Arabia, Russia came in a close second.

As of 2008, Russia produces 9.5 millions barrels a day, but Saudi Arabia -9.2.

I'm not feisty, but I like precise information. Next year, I think Saudi Arabia will be the largest oil pruducer again.
