The only real way to eradicate AIDS until they come up with a vaccine, is to use all possible prevention methods, including abstinence and condoms and education and better medical treatment, etc. I fear that simply going with abstinence, as purifying as that may sound to some, is not going to work to eradicate AIDS in Africa.

Yes, but rubbers don't do much for the "other means" either, so apparently the focus must be more about screwing and less about blood transfusions.
