Like a piece of art, that dollar bill ad can be perceived anyway the viewer wants to perceive it. Considering McCain's history for making racial and anti feminine remarks...then I think the artist either means Obama is different on the dollar bill because he is black or he looks a lot like the "ape" that raped the woman in McCain's joke.
