it wasnt when dorthy the scare crow and the lion was walking off camera it was later on in the movie when the monkey bird thing took dorthy and ripped the scare crow apart and as toto is coming around inthe upper left hand corner you can see the hanging. it is clearly a man hanging himself and you can see his feet dangling and his arms dangling too.
