AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES: He intentionally shot up a church full of young people who were performing a play. He threatened violence against his ex wife.

MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES: He hates liberals and gays.

He might get convicted in New York, but in Tennessee I say he walks.

But on the other hand:
