Ray: They exhibit a great deal of self-loathing associated being Americans. They may have a social security number and other documentation that might prove they are citizens of the United States, but in a deeper, aesthetic sense, they are far from being Americans. More correctly they would be described as anti-Americans.

People who think the war was wrong and hate that Americans are being killed in Iraq, and who find themselves in economic peril, those people? Or just regular good Americans who don't think the country is perfect and would like to change it for the better? Those are the kinds of anti-American, or more properly, anti neocon folks you are describing.

You take a fringe of people, the worst elements of the extreme left and blanketly paint liberals with that brush, as though thinking that Americans should have health care makes them enemies of the state.

And you see them in every corner.

And when I call you on it, you say "Oh no, I didn't mean the liberals, no I meant the crazies, as though every post of yours doesn't smear the word liberal like peanut butter on a slice of bread.

We're on to ya.

Gee! I guess I'll just let you tell me who or what they are while I sit back and relax. I already described the sort of people about whom I referred and you find a way to bring people who feel sorry for soldiers who die, those who like things to improve, and those who are "in economic peril" in whatever parameters that might include into the discussion. That's fine, but don't expect me to jump at that. We're on to you.

As they say, if you lie down with dogs you get up with fleas. I believe Barrack Obama has discovered this concept lately and decided he needed to disassociate himself from the mangy curs he's been cuddling with all these years.

You love to whine about how you are being unfairly attacked. Left-wingers love to whine about everything, I notice. But here's the way it works. If you wish to wallow in the gutter with, oh for instance, the Code Pink "ladies" then, Dax, YOU shall get painted with the same brush I use on them.

If the "old money bags" biggest bet is to win the White House for Republicans by using Rush, then they are wasting their money. Rush's recent efforts to effect the election process has all but struck out.

All has failed for Limbaugh, from attacking McCain to his calling for riots (dreaming of course) at the Democratic National Convention and "operation chaos"... In other words, people are tuning in, giving him their box office support and like watching the fictional Wall-E, going back home and not taking him too serious!

Oh dear. Now you beginning to get me awfully confused about the nature of things. Perhaps you can clarify.

What "old money bags" are you talking about? Are you confusing the Rush Limbaugh Show with Air America? Or are you talking about something else altogether?

Naturally, some of this has yet to play out. You are right in that Limbaugh has been very vocal about his reservations concerning John McCain. Of course this plays havoc with the accusations of Limbaugh being a "tool" of the Republicans. You can't have it both ways. Oh wait. Yes you can; you're a liberal. You can hold to mutually exclusive ideas in your head at the same time and believe both of them simultaneously.

"Calling for riots?" Rush Limbaugh has simply brought attention to the far-left radical who are the ones with the "let's riot in Denver" web sites. e.g. http://www.recreate68.com All Limbaugh has done is tell the radicals they have his permission to riot if that's what they want to do.

As for "Operation Chaos" we haven't even seen the conventions, yet. Might be a little early for any definitive conclusions about what has been effective and what hasn't.

Really? Liberals seem to take him VERY seriously. How else would you explain the sudden popularity among Congressional Democrats to re-install the "Fairness Doctrine?" (which is an oxymoron in itself since its intent is to shut down any dissenting opinion from the political right)

RUSH OFFERS SOME GOOD NEWS!!

It is always somewhat "entertaining" to hear what Rush is telling his moronic audience who, while he rakes in the millions, struggle to buy tankful of gasoline.

Rush announced today that the recession (call it what you will) is a figment of "liberal imagination". PROOF ??? The $155 million taken in by the latest Batman movie over the weekend...

And you folks were worried ! sick

Somebody should tell Rush that fantasy movies always do well in a recession or depression.

Correct; musicals and other forms of movie escapism were very popular during the Great Depression.

Apparently rather expensive high-tech toys do well, too, since Limbaugh also revealed the new I-phones are sold out. The latest figures show the economy shrunk by 5%, unemployment is at 11% and interest rates are at 20%.

Oh wait, sorry. That was back in 1980 during a REAL recession. Never mind.

What is entertaining is the elitist and bigotted attitude of liberal assholes who think anyone who listens to Rush Limbaugh must be a moron...Gee...if you listen to someone who we liberals despise it must be because you are too stupid to know any better... Why is it that liberals are so free to call conservatives moronic and yet they get so damn pissed if someone challenges their patriotism when they defame our nation? Does the sheer hypocracy of the left bother anyone here besides Ray and me?
