Nothing wrong with being a recovering drug addict, but being an addict and at the same time calling calling for harsher punishments for drug offenses, while being unwilling to face the punishment themselves? That's hypocrisy.

I guess there might be precedents for such levels of hypocrisy among conservatives, since some have pointed out that the most anti-homosexual political conservatives sometimes end up being outed as being gay themselves in a humiliating manner. Not that there is anything wrong with being gay, but there is something wrong with being a bombastic hypocrite.

I encourage you recommend fellow Republicans all avail themselves of a dictionary before they disparagingly refer to Obama as "messiah.(coined by Rush).. A "messiah" is "one who saves", and it is not necessarily a religious connotation. America can certainly use someone who will help us save ourselves from the disasterous policies of the Republicans.

Late last week, Rush was maligning John Edwards, based on a story on the Inquirer (there's a reliable rag)....NOW, that is "breaking news" that the Rush is informing his flock. While the whole country is reeling from bad decisions, debts, defivits, fraud, lies and carnage, good ol' Rush is diverting by flinging mud...what a guy !
