I'm starting this topic, because at the moment I have a food craving. A southern fried chicken biscuit sandwich from MickyD's... What is the "trigger" that causes us to crave McDonalds one day - a joint most of us will never admit to frequenting to ice cream, brownies, or a juicy steak. Is our brain telling our bodies we need a particular food to satisfy a nutritional or hormonal deficiency?
I've evaluated whether the drive down to the village is worth it... I can run a few other errands and my diet can afford the splurge...so off I go!
I'm not sure what is in that biscuit sandwich, but the pull is so bad...I'm leaving *now*!
