At some point the weight loss will seem to stop. Not to worry, you're gaining muscle, and it does weight more. The bonus with that is, muscle burns calories and fat.
It really is a wonderful suggestion to weigh yourself and measure once a month. Though it does seem that the scale and measuring tape calls daily. LOL... When the muscle starts to build, it's upsetting to see the scale start to go up instead of down, patience. That's when most of us give up, don't give up. Give the muscle a chance to do it's work.
