Wyoming is the only state in the union which has banned smoking outdoors, so handing out Mk-Ultra cigarettes is not allowed there. In fact, it is punishable by a stiff fine and possible jail time. Scientists at the University of Wyoming discovered that second hand smoke is bad for wildlife, especially grizzly bears, wolves, and elk, not to mention eagles, ospreys, and certain other migratory birds.

First, I would like to apologize for my rudeness.

As some of you may recall, Ms. Laufenberg and I had some business disagreements a few years back, and the wounds have not yet healed, but I was wrong to express myself the way I did.

Ms. Moonfinger, thank you for your comments, I'm pleased my films have affected you in the way they do. I feel it is my job as an artist to produce and direct films which stir people's emotions as well as entertain.

Are you any relation to Wallace Mondfinger of Laramie, Wyoming? His name is the German version of Moonfinger.

Mr. Hackworth, I'm sorry to say I don't remember you. All of the animals used in The Passion of the Christ, along with their wranglers, were legitimately obtained through an animal talent agency, International Animal LLC. This is the same agency which supplied the horses for "Braveheart". There were PETA and ASPCA representatives on the set at all times animals were used, and no animal was treated cruelly. For further information you may contact my business office.

Cordially,

Mel

I must to announce now that reservations for the the July 4 celebration at CoEA have reached capacity and we can not accept any more reservations.

If you wish to have your name put on a waiting list, please contact me. If you have a reservation but cannot use it, please cancel so another PAPP member may be afforded this opportunity.

Mr. Hyman Hayden will be in attendance.

Don't forget the dates Thursday July 3 through Monday July 7. You will be emailed a route map to the location shortly.

I look forward to seeing you all and making many new friends.

I've been trying to come up with a believable reason why Hyman Hayden would migrate to some feel good tranquility New Age cult church, and the only thing that even halfway makes sense is that he must be harboring an excessive amount of guilt and shame over the way he and his organization treated aliens, especially that poor Jazmoora fella, whose only fault seems to have been an overactive libido when it came to attractive human females....not exactly what I'd call a major threat to society.

Now it looks as if the rest of the PAPP camp followers are flocking to the CoEA for some good old fashioned campfire group therapy. No doubt they are experiencing similar emotions. I always say you should treat people the way you'd like to be treated yourself, and that includes aliens. I suppose now they'll all sit around and try to rationalize their irrational behavior. That'll be small comfort for a murdered alien's family. Mel Gibson won't be missing anything meaningful, but he will miss out on those free MK-Ultra cigarettes.

I have received my encoded pass, map, instructions, coupons, plastic drink bracelet, and series of date-expiring passwords from the courier.

I.... I'm leaving now. It couldn't be a more cloudless, bright, sun-shiney kind of day.... and I hate that, because I always prefer to travel under cover of darkness. But I need to make contact with Hyman Hayden and discuss.... certain things with him, and I've been offered certain guarantees that he will be present at these "festivities".

I will be observant and take every opportunity to surveille the premises and report back to PAPP. I will get to the bottom of this "Enlightened Assumption", or no-one will.

I Trust No-one!

I am please to be announcing that the PAPP members have all safely arrived and were enjoying a lovely lunch as I write these words.

Many activities are ahead, including the grand fireworks display this evening, and other festivities.

Last night I had the pleasure of Meeting Mr. Hyman Hayden who was eagerly awaiting the arrival of all the PAPP members, which has now come to pass.

I will send pictures as soon as I can, for I know you are eager to see them.

Hannelore

Good luck, Helice. We look forward to your reports from this so-called religious conclave. If you need any further supplies you know the frequency to use. We'll be monitoring just in case you need to get in touch with headquarters.

By the way. If you happen to see daSpook, please let us know. I haven't seen him in several days and I wouldn't be surprised, knowing the lay of the land like I do, if he isn't attending this 4th of July hoopla in Wyoming in disguise just to get closer to you-know-who.

I remain the one, the only,
Ray

My dear friends,

I am about to enjoy lunch with my fellow PAPP members and members of the CoEA, and I want to tell you what a wonderful weekend it has been.

After so many years of devoting my energies to fighting and eliminating the benign humanoid aliens who infested this planet, it is a refreshing change to relax with a group of caring and loving people.

As our weekend comes to a close, let me extend my deepest thanks to CoEA leaders and members who have made this time so enthralling. My conversations with the enlightened family of CoEA has given me a new outlook, one which I think comports more with the intentions of the Universe.

While many of you PAPP members will be leaving this evening, I shall remain for a while longer. It was a pleasure seeing all of you again, and to experience the bonding that takes place after our long and difficult ordeal.

That phase of PAPP has ended, and we shall now proceed to greater glories and triumphs.

H.H.

Trust everyone.
