Ah, yes! The surgery was rather successful now wasn't it. I can eat more foods this way. How would you eat corn on a cob with a bill? Impossible I say! But, even scarier, I have a driving license and a ride! I'll say my childish ways have lead me to the night they have.

How old I am, yes, that's probably a good thing. Lets see by now, I am 21 and unmarried. Ah, I'm so old. How the years have aged. Just now I remember a younger me with more of a ducky charm. It has been awhile.

I suppose it's nothing more than a coincidence that we have the same first name. At any rate I'd like to welcome you and remind you that genuine American made *Duck* Tape always comes in handy around the house and office.

Just remember we are the only real source of *Duck* Tape used by both ducks and humans, and our famous logo is of course the cute little smiling yellow Duck. Duck Tape is made by highly skilled American craftsmen and craftswomen right up there in Putney, Vermont.

That's not so amazing. Lots of people share your first name. Let's see, there's Mr. Clean and Mr. Moto, Mr. Ed, Mr. Smith (who went to Washington) and how can we forget Superman's vexing, if somewhat humerous foe, that fifth-dimensional imp Mr. Mxyzptlk.

Actually, Mr. Ray, Mr. is not an actual name, but a somewhat outdated honorific which we Americans inherited from the English. Mr. or Mister is usually used for a man who is too old to be called Master. In the Southern United States, Mr. is or was often used as an indication of respect, and was often a sign that the eldest male in the household was being addressed.

An example might be the elder Mr. Duck who might have younger relatives with names like Grady Duck or Farley Duck or Henry Lee Duck. Unless....of course Duck is a first name. Mr. Duck has not indicated if Duck is his first or last name. In my case, Duck is my correct first name and Tape is my correct last name, but of course that's because I had my previous name (Milton Perkins) legally changed after I joined the sales department of the American Duck Tape Company.
