Worst play of the week goes the Minnesota Vikings right guard. Seeing Brian Urlacher (one of the best middle linebackers in the league) move up for a blitz, this joker barely brushed him with his arm, before turning in to double team someone else. Tavaris Jackson had approximately 2 seconds before Urlacher slammed him to the ground for a sack.
Best play of the week goes to Brian Westbrook. With his Eagles leading the Cowboys 10-6, he broke a huge run right at the two-minute warning. The Cowboys had no timeouts, but a score gives them plenty of time to go the length of the field, and possibly recover an onside kick. But Westbrook, despite having no-one near him, did not score. Instead, he laid down at the Dallas 1-yard line. Phillie took kneel downs, and Dallas never touched the ball again.
Anyone got any thoughts on other best and worst plays of the week?
